Visiting restrictions have been introduced at Roscommon University Hospital due to an outbreak of Covid 19.
In a statement issued this afternoon, the hospital is has confirmed that access for visitors to St Bridget's Ward is currently limited to compassionate grounds only and these visits should be arranged in advance with the nurse manager in charge on the relevant ward.
Access to visitors to St Teresa's and St Coman's Ward is by appointment only and must be pre-arranged by family members / visitors who should contact the relevant ward or unit in advance:
