Uisce Éireann crews are working to restore water supply to homes and businesses in South Leitrim following a major burst.
Customers from Eslin Bridge to Mohill Town will experience a disruption to their supply tonight and into tomorrow.
Repairs of the burst trunk main on the South Leitrim Public Water Supply network are expected to be complete at midday tomorrow.
Uisce Éireann is advising customers that it typically takes two to three hours following repairs for normal supply to be restored.
It is assuring customers that repairs will be carried out as quickly as possible.
