Two third level institutions in the Shannonside region are to receive over nine-hundred-thousand euro each for capital works and equipment.
Minister for Further and Higher Education, Simon Harris this week announced a €25 million grant for colleges and I.Ts across the country.
Categories of investment that may be addressed include health and safety works, infrastructure upgrades, ICT and equipment renewal, and energy-related upgrades.

A.I.T is to receive €929,00 and I.T Sligo is to receive a total of €979,000.
