Two people have died following a house fire in County Galway. The alarm was raised in the Glenicmurrin area of Connemara shortly after 6 o'clock this morning.
A technical examination of the scene is due to be carried out. Chief Fire Officer Gerry O'Malley says the blaze has been brought under control:
