Two men taken to hospital following Roscommon road crash

Two men have been hospitalised following a serious road collision on the N5 in Roscommon this morning.

The two-Vehicle crash occured just before 7:30am between Ballinagare and Tulsk.

It's understood two males have been taken to Mayo University Hospital for treatment.

The road remains closed and local diversions are in place.
