Two local childcare centres get major funding boost

Cuain Bride in Fourmilehouse in Co Roscommon is getting half a million - allowing them to cater for an extra 36 kids.

Two childcare centres in the Shannonside region have been allocated state funding of €1.25 million to expand their services.

Cuain Bhríde in Fourmilehouse in Co Roscommon is getting half a million - allowing them to cater for an extra 36 kids.

And Eivers Lane Childcare in Mohill, Co Leitrim, has been allocated €750,000.
