A Turkish-owned industrial group has completed the final stage of its takeover of Mannok in a deal believed to be almost £18 million sterling. Cimsa bought a 94.7 per cent stake in the company in August 2024.
The agreement secures full control of the building materials business, which remains one of the largest private employers in the region. Mannok operates major cement, insulation and packaging facilities in Derrylin, with hundreds of staff working across the border economy.
