Today is the deadline for people to put themselves forward for Anthony Waldron's seat on Roscommon County Council.
Candidates have until 4pm to lodge their papers with the local authority.
Councillors will then decide on the successful candidate at their meeting on May 26th.

Ballintubber's Michael Holland Senior and Gail Murray, Donamon's Mairead Kenny, and Monksland's Ernie Draper all want the seat.
