Three new Automated External Defibrillators have been installed in Ballaghaderreen at a total cost of €5,000. The defibrillators have been placed at the Garda Station on New Street, the local library on The Square and The Clinic on Pound Street. Ballaghaderreen Town Team sourced the AED units with an allocation of funding through the Local Enhancement Programme. Each of the defibrillators is registered with the National Ambulance Service.
