The Taoiseach has added his support for Jim Gavin to run for the Presidency.
Micheál Martin confirmed yesterday he's backing the former Dublin football manager.
He's also the preferred candidate for Ministers James Lawless, Jack Chambers and Dara Calleary, despite MEP Billy Kelleher also throwing his hat in the ring for Fianna Fáil.

Fianna Fáil TD and party whip Paul McAuliffe also wants Jim Gavin to run.
