Rent for a three-bedroom house in Longford has risen by over 11 per cent in the last year.
A daft.ie report has found that the average monthly bill in the county was €1,511 in the first three months of 2026- up 11.1 per cent on 2025.
Prices rose by 2.6 per cent in Roscommon to €1,527 but fell in Leitrim by 0.2 per cent to €1,307.
