Superintendent Michael Dorrigan's move from Longford Garda Station has been confirmed.
It was previously reported that Superintendent Dorrigan will switch to Dundalk.
That has now been confirmed as part of An Garda Síochána's latest appointments and allocations bulletin.

His new role will see him responsible for for the Dundalk Community Engagement Functional Area.
