Status yellow weather warning in effect as Storm Debi moves on

The whole country is now under a Status Yellow wind and rain warning as Storm Debi moves on.

However people are still being warned to exercise extreme caution.

Transport services aren't back to normal just yet as Dublin Bus and Luas will begin phased operations from around now (10am), and Bus Eireann's services won't resume until 11 am.

Met Eireann is warning of fallen trees, and branches, localised flooding and dangerous traveling conditions.
