There's concerns of serious damage to a forest in south Roscommon if a pipe isn't moved urgently.
Local councillor Laurence Fallon says the pipe, serving Carnagh west and Glanduff, is passing through private land.
He says most of it is covered in forestry.

He says the pipe will cause costly damage if it leaks - and is calling on the council and Uisce Eireann to relocate it:
