Residents in south Leitrim are facing serious disruption to their water supply today. Uisce Éireann says a water treatment plant interruption will lead to supply issues until 9 o'clock tomorrow night. Those living in Drumshanbo, Ballinamore, Keshcarrigan, Fenagh, Kilyvehy, Cloone and Gortletteragh are effected. Works are currently ongoing at the water treatment plant. Cllr Brendan Barry says customers were left without water yesterday on what was one of the hottest days of the year:
