A Leitrim councillor says small schools are being excluded from the Hot Schools Meals Scheme.
The government has said the scheme is in the process of being extended to all primary schools.
But Independent councillor James Gilmartin says schools with fewer than 75 children can only get a cold meal at the moment.
He's calling for this to be addressed urgently:
Councillor Gilmartin had previously called for reform of school meal standards - saying some children are receiving chicken nuggets and chips.
