Sniffer dogs and drones are to be deployed to north Longford today in the search for a missing man in his 80s, while the search site is to be widened.
He was last seen on the Newtownforbes Road outside Drumlish yesterday afternoon.
A multi-agency search, which included the garda air unit and the civil defence, has been taking place.

Local councillor Paraic Brady was among those searching during the night.
