The European Parliament faces a major vote on the Mercosur trade deal later.
Lawmakers will decide whether to send the deal’s text for legal review to the EU’s Court of Justice.
If it passes this hurdle, a full vote will take place with analysts suggesting it could go either way.

Politico has released a poll showing 319 MEPs support the deal, 301 opposing it, with 92 undecided and undeclared votes.
