The Fine Gael man says 768,000 customers in Ireland also had powercuts during Storm Eowyn in January.

The Seanad has been told an emergency should be declared in Roscommon to deal with regular powercuts.
Senator Gareth Scahill says a large part of the county was left without electricity in storms Floris and Amy recently.

The Fine Gael man says 768,000 customers in Ireland also had powercuts during Storm Eowyn in January.
He says forestry is the problem and urgent action is needed:
