Parents, guardians and childminders are being invited to a special road safety check in Longford today.
The Road Safety Authority is hosting a special Check it Fits event at Davis's SuperValu in Longford Town today.
The free service will see children's car seats checked by RSA experts to ensure they are properly and safely fitted.

According to the body, over half of child car seats checked during previous events were incorrectly fitted and needed some type of adjustment.
The service takes between 10-15 minutes and will run until 5.30 this evening, with another event taking place at the Rosebank Retail Park, Dublin Road in Carrick On Shannon, next Wednesday.
