A local TD has highlighted the lack of a domestic violence refuge in Co. Roscommon. Sinn Féin's Claire Kerrane raised the issue with Justice Minister Jim O'Callaghan in the Dáil this week.
Roscommon is one of a number of counties currently without a refuge centre. Deputy Kerrane says a suitable location has yet to be found:
