It is currently 26 degrees at Mount Dillon, Roscommon.
It comes as the country is experiencing a mini heatwave this week.

Mount Dillon recorded the nation's highest temperature yesterday at 28.1 degrees celsius.
Meanwhile, Mullingar's temperature tops 27 degrees celsius as one of the hottest areas of Ireland at the moment.
