Free blood pressure checks will be available in pharmacies across Roscommon this month.
The clinics are being organised by the Heart and Stroke Charity, Croí.
September is world heart month and everyone, particularly those aged over 55, is being encouraged to check their blood pressure regularly.

Croí Nurse, Madeline Rabbitt says no appointment for the service is necessary and advice will be available to explain the results
