A Roscommon choir is hosting a number of events to raise money for local charities this Christmas. The Roscommon Men's Choir will be performing this Saturday at the Harrison Centre in aid of Vita House.
The group will also be singing on St Stephen's Day at Hannon's Hotel to raise funds for the Western Alzheimer's Society. Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound News, founding member Padraig O'Rourke said the choir has so far exceeded everyone's expectations:
