Permission is being sought to construct 11 new housing units in Lisnamult, Roscommon.
Roscommon County Council is behind the planning application that would also include the conversion and extension of an existing house into two apartments alongside the 11 other units.
The development would see construction of the 13 unit project at Ardnanagh, with one dwelling house set to be demolished.

The builds would consist of two bed terraced units and one bed duplex apartments.
County planners will decide on the application in February.
