A Fianna Fáil councillor says the success of the Roscommon Senior Football team has brought a much-needed boost to the local economy.
Over 20,000 people attended last week's Connacht Senior Football Final at King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park.
Many local businesses in Roscommon Town benefited from the large number of people visiting the town.
