House prices in Longford have increased by over 16% in the past 12 months which is the biggest jump in the country. A new report from Daft.ie shows the average price of a house in the county is almost €218,000.
The price of a house in Roscommon also increased significantly at 14.2% whilst it rose by 12% in Leitrim. Local auctioneer Liam Farrell says the lack of supply is a serious matter:
