The rise of house prices in the Shannonside region appears to be slowing down.
A three-bedroom detached house increased by only 0.4 per cent in Leitrim in the past three months.
REA found there was only a 1.3 per cent rise in Longford and 1.8 per cent in Roscommon.

The average three-bed semi in Leitrim is €231,000, while it's €228,000 in Longford, and €282,500 in Roscommon.
