Another five reviews into maternity service failures in Portiunclula University Hospital will be completed by the end of next month.
It comes after a number of babies, dating back to 2023, were either still-born or born with serious health complications.
Seven reviews have already been undertaken by the previous Master of the Rotunda Hospital, bringing the total number of investigations to 12 by the end of March.
Previous reviews found issues in communication among staff and a lack of proper bereavement care.
