There were no properties available to rent in Co. Leitrim and Athlone through HAP last month according to a new report.
Research by Simon shows there were just 41 properties available to rent for HAP recipients across 16 areas in March.
The charity's Locked Out of the Market report found the areas with the lowest number of properties were Sligo Town and Portlaoise, while 10 of the 16 areas had no available homes.
