The rents of the vast majority of council tenants in Co Leitrim are set to increase next month.
Leitrim County Council has been carrying out a rent review recently, for the first time in many years.
They’ve engaged with tenants, to gather household income.

The new rents are due to take effect from March 1st, and Sinn Fein councillor Brendan Barry hopes they're reasonable:
