Rent for a three-bedroom house in Roscommon rose by nearly 11 per cent last year.
Daft.ie found the average monthly bill was €1,545 in the last three months of 2025 - up 10.8 per cent on 2024.
It rose by 10 per cent in Leitrim, to €1,360, and by nearby 3 per cent in Longford, to €1,412 euro.
