There have been renewed calls for traffic lights to be installed at a dangerous junction in a west Roscommon village.
It follows a two-car collision in Cloonfad earlier this month which left one driver hospitalised.
Serious concerns had previously been raised regarding the junction at the village crossroads.
Fianna Fáil councillor Paschal Fitzmaurice says Transport Infrastructure Ireland are aware of the situation.
