The Justice Minister and his department are being accused of keeping a "sweetheart rental agreement" with former Garda Commissioner Drew Harris secret.
It emerged earlier this week Mr. Harris didn't pay rent on his home on the Spa Road in Dublin's Phoenix Park during his term as commissioner.
Labour TD Eoghan Kenny, who raised the issue with the OPW at the Dáil Public Accounts Committee this weeks, wants Minister Jim O'Callaghan to explain why the details weren't disclosed in answer to Parliamentary Questions on the former commissioner's remuneration package.
Deputy Kenny says it's not acceptable:
