A Ballygar GP is urging people not to panic after the HSE issued a public health alert over measles. Passengers who travelled on a train from Dublin to Sligo last Friday evening may have been exposed to the virus.
It left Connolly at 5.05 and stopped at several Shannonside stations. The HSE wants passengers to check themselves for symptoms of measles - but Fianna Fáil TD, Dr Martin Daly, is calling for calm:
