A new public piano has been unveiled this week in Longford Town.
Longford County Council Arts Service commissioned the piece ahead of International Piano Day today.
The purpose of public pianos is to bring music lovers and listeners together through songs and stories.

This piano was decorated by Phil Atkinson and can be found on the ground floor of Longford Shopping Centre.
The instrument is available to be played by the public during the shopping centers opening hours.
