Longford County Council is inviting the public to an information evening tonight from 6 to 8 at Áras an Chontae. Plans for the €7 million Connolly Barracks Reimagined project will be on display.
The redevelopment will see the former barracks transformed into a county museum, community café, makerspace, recording studio, and creative rooms. Councillor Seamus Butler is urging people from all parts of the community to attend and have their say:
