Proposals for 14 new homes to be built in north Longford

Planning permission is being sought for the building of 14 houses at Shanmullagh , Ballinamuck in north Longford.

The development would be made up of 6 three-bedroom, two-storey, semi-detached houses, and 8 two-bedroom, two-storey, terrace type houses.

The application also includes the proposed extension of an existing access road, green open space, and boundary fencing, as well as connection to an existing sewer and water main network.
