Planning permission is being sought for one of the biggest housing developments in south Roscommon in recent times.
Roscommon County Council is looking for the go-ahead to build 51 houses at Sli an Choiste in Monksland.
They're a combination of two and three-bed homes.

It's a part 8 application, meaning local councillors will decide whether to grant permission.
