Property prices in Roscommon have risen by €35,000 in the last year.
That's according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report.
Median prices in the county now stand at €225,000.

Leitrim and Longford have also seen price rises in the last twelve months by over nine and ten thousand euros respectively.
Median prices in Leitrim have increased to just over €199,000 and Longford's prices stand at over €159,000.
