Progress continues to be made on plans for a new state of the art community hub in South Roscommon. A consultation period on the development in Monksland is underway with submissions or observations from the public being accepted until the 12th of September.
South Roscommon councillors are due to decide whether to approve the plans in the coming months. Local Independent Councillor Tony Ward says it would be a great addition to the area:
