Two local projects are set to receive a significant cash injection from the proceeds of crime.
It's part of €192,000 in redirected funds which were seized by the Criminal Assets Bureau.
Lus na Gréine Family Resource Centre in Granard will receive €50,000 while Midlands Simon Community has been awarded €142,500.
Lus na Gréine is being allocated the money due to its 'Choices for Life - Youth Drug Awareness and Resilience Programme'.
Local TD Micheál Carrigy says it's extremely positive to see criminal assets invested back into the community.
