Postponing indoor dining could have a catastrophic impact on businesses

It was hoped that July 5th would see indoor dining resume in Ireland

The Restaurants Association says postponing the return of indoor dining will have a catastrophic impact on many businesses.

It's reported the government is considering a two-week delay to the planned easing of hospitality restrictions on July 5th.

Ministers are concerned about the Delta variant - and hope the delay would allow more people to be fully vaccinated.
