A popular Roscommon tourist site is looking forward to another busy year in 2026.
The Arigna Mining Experience in the north of the county ran a very successful Santa's Grotto experience before Christmas.
High visitor numbers are expected at the unique experience again this year with coaches arriving from early spring.
The mine closed in the early 90s and was later transformed into a tourist attraction in 2003.
