A popular local businessman in Roscommon town will be laid to rest this morning.
Liam Fleming passed away peacefully at Roscommon Hospice on Wednesday.
Mr Fleming and his wife Lilian first opened Fleming's VG on Main Street in 1972.

The shop is now run by his son Shane and his wife Orla.
In a post on social media, Fleming's Supervalu said that Liam's contribution to Roscommon was 'immeasurable'.
It continued by saying he had provided employment and opportunities to countless young people.

The late Mr Fleming's funeral mass will take place at 11am at the Sacred Heart Church in Roscommon and is followed by burial in St Coman's Cemetery.
