Several west Roscommon residents are facing two weeks without electricity because of Storm Eowyn.
Yesterday evening, 6,000 homes and businesses were still waiting to have theirs restored.
The community hub in Castlerea was busy today as those without power availed of vital services.

And the Old Stone House Restaurant in nearby Ballinlough provided free refreshments to those in darkness.
