A Roscommon woman witnessed four criminals with crowbars break into her pub in a 40-minute ordeal – but she says there was no garda available to catch them.
Garda investigations are ongoing into the burglary in Flanagan’s in Castleplunkett last Thursday morning at around 4am.
The pub’s owner, Sinead Flanagan, lives across the road with her family, including her elderly parents.

She immediately called the gardai after noticing what was happening - but she says they were unable to get there until after the criminals had fled.
