Leitrim County Council has received a planning application to turn a former south Leitrim hotel into a residential building.
Plans lodged by Paddy and Andrew White of P&A Lakeside Investments Ltd seek to convert 24 suites linked to the Lough Allen Hotel into 24 apartments for residential accommodation.
The former hotel has been closed since 2024 and was most recently used as accommodation for those fleeing the war in Ukraine.
Plans and particulars of the proposal are available for public inspection at the offices of the planning authority during normal opening hours.
