A well known Leitrim Hotel has announced plans for a number of significant extensions.
Waxville Investments has applied for planning permission to construct three new developments at Lough Rynn Castle Estate and Gardens near Mohill.
Should the permission be granted, the popular hotel would see its accommodation capacity increase to by over 100 rooms.

Also included in the plans are a new restaurant, bar, leisure centre and pool along with spa and treatment rooms.
The estate as it stands today, was built in the 1800s as a home for the Clements family.
