Public consultation on the plan is taking place in Roscommon Library today from 3 o'clock to 7 o'clock

There are plans for a new bridge over the railway line in Roscommon town - to encourage children to walk or cycle to school.

The concrete structure would link Convent Road to St Theresa's Road in Lisnamult.
